Anzhong Power is professional committed to research,development and maintenance in the All Soil-state RF(RF=Radio Frequency) power supply and High-power Liner Power Amplifier.The High-power RF power supply is applicable to the MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging) equipment,RF Excited CO2 laser system,Semiconductor Process and the Plasma process,etc.

產(chǎn)品涵蓋了頻率范圍為2MHz、13.56 MHz、27.12 MHz、40.68 MHz、60 MHz、81.36 MHz和100 MHz等常用頻率，并且可以與客戶合作研發(fā)及維護從1 MHz到400 MHz間任意頻率，功率范圍從10W至10KW的全固態(tài)射頻電源（RF電源）。

The output frequencies are 2MHz/13.56 MHz/27.12 MHz/40.68 MHz/60 MHz/81.36 MHz and 100 MHz,etc.Any output frequency from 1MHz to 400MHz can be cooperated researched,developed and maintained with foreign customers.Power range is from 10w to 10kw of the Soil-state RF power supply (RF power supply).

全固態(tài)射頻電源主要特點：

n         采用MOSFET功率放大器，開機無需預(yù)熱

n         精密功率控制，調(diào)制頻率可達200KHz

n         具有欠功率保護、過載保護、過熱保護、駐波保護、結(jié)露保護

n         體積小、功率密度高

n         散熱方式可強制風(fēng)冷或水冷

n         射頻效率高，整機效率70%以上

n         供電電壓有直流電壓12V、15V、28V、48V、96V、115V等
